Daily Bootcamp Classes

Our daily bootcamp classes are up-beat, challenging, and extremely addictive! You will test your physical strength, endurance, and stamina every day. Each carefully planned workout combines various cardiovascular and full body strength training exercises. Our classes are designed to encourage goal achievement and personal improvement in an encouraging and supportive group setting. All classes are 60 minutes in length.

Conshohocken Bootcamp Classes


Conshohocken Bootcamp Classes are held Monday thru Friday at 6:00 a.m. and Saturdays at 7:00 a.m.

Riverfront Location

We meet on the Riverfront on the grounds of ‘The Londonbury Apartments’, located at 301 Washington Street.



Lafayette Hill Bootcamp Classes

Lafayette Hill Bootcamp classes are held Monday thru Friday at 7:00 p.m. and Saturday mornings at 9:00 a.m. We meet on the grounds of 'The Glen Apartments' at the corner of Ridge Pike and Joshua Road, located at 555 Andora Glen Court.



Private Bootcamp Classes & Programs

Interested but can't make it to our daily classes? Our Private Bootcamp Fitness Program allows you to get a group together and let us know what days, time, and location will work best for your schedule. Please contact us for more information.

Bootcamp Rates

We offer daily, monthly, semi-annual, and annual memberships.

Monthly membership: $100
Enroll in a 6-month membership and receive a 5% discount.
Enroll in a 12-month membership and receive a 10% discount.
Daily Rate: $10

There is also a one-time membership fee of $100.

Running Coaching

Good coaching can take your running to the next level. Every runner can benefit from having a coach to help them reach their goals. We coach runners of all abilities...from the beginner to the seasoned racer who wants to set a new personal record.
