Jerome Robinson is a nationally certified personal trainer and the owner of The Daily Grind Fitness, LLC.

As a lifelong athlete, Jerome played football and was a three-time All-American runner in track and field at Widener University, where he graduated with a degree in Education. Jerome’s athletic talent led him to play Arena Football (in-door professional football owned by the NFL, subdivisions) and compete in Olympic-level track and field after college. While running Olympic-level track, perusing arena football, and simultaneously teaching middle school science, Jerome realized that his education and athletic background were a great combination.

For the last 12 years, Jerome has been a successful personal trainer in Conshohocken, PA. His biggest strength is his teaching ability. This idea lead him to think about packaging education and fitness into personally training individuals.

Jerome has the unique talent to connect to anyone at any fitness level. By connecting his career with his passion for athletics, Jerome was able to create a platform and a business to teach what he loved.

As the owner and personal trainer of The Daily Grind Fitness, LLC, Jerome’s biggest joy is seeing people fit, stress-free, happy, and always striving towards self-improvement.

Jerome not only teaches people that they have control over their training, weight, or athletic ability – but their lives. Day after day, his positive personality and mindset motivates clients from every level of fitness to always keep pushing. His tailored approach often helps rehabilitate injured professional athletes, as well as everyday people.

Jerome’s is well-known for teaching people “speed,” to help maximize workout time. He teaches techniques in which speed can be learned by improving balance, core strength and letting go of the fear of falling. He is also well-known for being able to bring back professional athletes who have been injured to their athletic state.

Jerome has fostered strong relationships and partnerships with the Conshohocken and Main Line communities and he is recognized for creating an attractive fitness model throughout the suburban Philadelphia area.

Originally from Sacramento, California, Jerome now resides in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania.

Dr. MELISSA ROBINSON, DPT, Physical Therapist and Personal Trainer in Conshohocken, PA

Melissa Robinson is a nationally certified personal trainer and licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy.

Melissa earned a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Biology and Dance from Muhlenberg College, a Master’s of Science Degree in Health Sciences with a focus on Physical Therapy from The School of Medicine and Health Sciences at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C., and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy degree at Marymount University. During her time at Muhlenberg College, she was the captain of the Muhlenberg dance team and a member of the renowned Muhlenberg College Theater and Dance Program before becoming a physical therapist and personal trainer in Conshohocken, PA.

Melissa began dancing at the age of 3. Having grown up outside of New York City, Melissa took dance classes with Mia Michaels, an Emmy award-winning choreographer who is best known for her judging on the TV Show “So You Think You Can Dance.” She also studied under Savion Glover, an American tap dancer, actor, and choreographer, and performed at the Broadway Dance Center in New York City and with the American College Dance Festival Association.

Through her education of both science and dance, Melissa realized how much body movement fascinated her she decided to pursue physical therapy.

Melissa is a general physical therapist and personal trainer in Conshohocken, PA, and treats children to athletes to geriatrics who need a daily stretching and movement program. She has experience with knee and hip replacement patient, patients involved in automobile accidents, worker’s compensation injuries, motor-vehicle, and disuse injuries, sprains and strains, tendonitis, post-surgical patients ACL tears, rotator cuff tears, Achilles tendon repairs, and cancer rehabilitation.

Melissa’s unique experience has allowed her to train clients with almost any kind of injury. She enjoys helping clients return to their lives with improved mobility rebuilt endurance, strength, and confidence.
