DAILY GRIND FITNESS TEAM
Jerome Robinson, Founder, Owner & Personal Trainer
Jerome Robinson is a nationally certified personal trainer and the owner of The Daily Grind Fitness, LLC.
As a lifelong athlete, Jerome played football and was a three-time All-American runner in track and field at Widener University, where he graduated with a degree in Education. Jerome’s athletic talent led him to play Arena Football (in-door professional football owned by the NFL, subdivisions) and compete in Olympic-level track and field after college. While running Olympic-level track, perusing arena football, and simultaneously teaching middle school science, Jerome realized that his education and athletic background were a great combination. That idea lead him to think about packaging education and fitness into personally training individuals. By connecting his career with his passion for athletics, Jerome was able to create a platform and a business to teach what he loved.
For the last 10 years, Jerome has been a successful personal trainer. His biggest strength is his teaching ability. Jerome has the unique talent to connect to anyone at any fitness level.
Jerome’s biggest joy is seeing people fit, stress-free, happy, and always striving towards self-improvement.
Jerome not only teaches people that they have control over their training, weight, or athletic ability – but their lives. Day after day, his positive personality and mindset motivates clients from every level of fitness to always keep pushing. His tailored approach often helps rehabilitate injured professional athletes, as well as every day people.
Jerome’s is well-known for teaching people “speed.” He teaches techniques in which speed can be learned by improving balance, core strength and letting go of the fear of falling. He is also well-known for being able to bring back professional athletes who have been injured to their athletic state.
Jerome has fostered strong relationships and partnerships with the Conshohocken and Main Line communities and he is recognized for creating an attractive fitness model throughout the suburban Philadelphia area.
