At The Daily Grind Fitness, we offer both individual and small group personal training sessions where you can train in our studio or have our trainers train you off-site (in your home or location).
In Studio: Private One-on-One Personal Training Sessions
We train individuals in customized one-on-one personal training sessions where you are teamed with a personal trainer based on your needs, and together the two of you train privately in our studio located in Conshohocken, Pa.
In Studio: Private Small Group Personal Training Sessions
We train small groups (you + one or two friends) in a session where the small group is teamed with a personal trainer based their needs, and together the small groups train jointly.
Off-site: Private One-on-One Personal Training Sessions
Interested in having our personal trainers train you in your home or outdoors? We do this too. We can train you in a home gym or even outdoors. Our trainers are creative enough to use backyards, local parks, community areas, or any other open space if you desire to be in your home or want to add an outdoor fitness session to your weekly mix.
Personal Running Training Sessions
We teach and coach runners of all abilities, from the beginner to the seasoned racer, to learn how to properly run or to improve your speed and agility in order to accomplish a race to set a new record.
Personal Full Body Stretch Sessions
Since it takes twice as much force to stretch a muscle as it does to strengthen it, we recognize how important stretching is for the body. That is why we provide one-on-one stretching sessions known as The Daily Grind Fitness Unwind™. In these sessions our trainers ask you to lay back and relax while they stretch you. Our clients enjoy these sessions because they physically feel great and they help you achieve maximum strength and flexibility for healthy living.
