Personal Training Sessions Rates

Membership Fee

We have a one-time $100 membership fee. This fee provides you with access and unlimited use of the studio if you would like to work out on your own on days you are not training directly with our personal trainers. This fee also provides you with private access to the shower, changing room and our amenities.

Refund policy

There is absolutely No Refunds! or Transfers of  personal training sessions. All sales made are final.

Cancellation Policy

You must cancel your reservation 12 hours prior to the session. We do not offer products to be returned by mail.

In-Studio Personal Training Sessions

1 session $150 per hour
10 sessions $145 per hour
20 sessions $ 140 per hour
30 sessions $ 135 per hour

Off-Site Personal Training Sessions

1 session $150 per hour
10 sessions $150 per hour
20 sessions $150 per hour
30 sessions $150 per hour
+ travel time to and from the off-site location (priced TBD by distance)

In Studio: Private Small Group Personal Training Sessions

1 session $150 per hour
10 sessions $145 per hour
20 sessions $140 per hour
30 sessions $135 per hour

The price above will be split by the number of people in your small group. Essentially, if you and a friend want to train together, you can consider this a 2 for 1 deal as you will split the charge. We will allow for up to two people in a small group.

Personal Running Training Sessions

Looking to take your running to the next level? Want to train for a marathon? Interested in learning to run athletically for the first time? Our trainers are known for their coaching skills in running. We can help you with strength, speed and agility.
