WHAT KIND OF RESULTS CAN I EXPECT IN PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS?
The most prominent results generated from our training program include weight loss, increased muscle strength, better flexibility, increased endurance, improvement in positive attitude, increased energy, higher self-confidence, increased metabolism, better agility and improved sleep.
Who can participate?
The Daily Grind Fitness Personal Training Studio is designed for all fitness levels. You don’t have to be in shape to train with our personal trainers. The goal of our programs are to get you on track, improve your strength and get you in shape. You will meet individuals just like yourself who seek disciplined workouts and appreciate a challenge.
WILL WORKING OUT WITH A TRAINER BE HARD?
Yes, but not impossible (the hardest part is waking up and getting yourself moving if working out in the early morning hours). All of our clients started out just like you. The first two to three weeks will be the toughest for your body to adjust to. Once you acclimate to the program, you’ll feel the difference in your body.
WHAT IF I CAN’T PERFORM A CERTAIN EXERCISE?
Our trainers will modify any exercise to fit your needs.
What if I can’t perform a certain exercise?

CAN I SHOWER AFTER A PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION AT THE STUDIO?
Yes. We have a private bathroom at our studio and it’s filled with amenities for you (soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion).
WHEN WILL I SEE RESULTS?
Everyone responds differently to training, however, most clients can feel dramatic results by their second week.
I AM OVERWEIGHT / I HAVE AN INJURY, CAN I PARTICIPATE?
We always ask that you get clearance from a doctor before beginning any fitness program. We do have a Physical Therapist who is also a Personal Trainer on staff who we may have you train with as she is experienced in helping clients recover from injuries.
DO YOU OFFER A CONSULTATION WHERE WE CAN ASSESS MY NEEDS?
Yes. We offer a 60-minute complementary assessment where we meet to go over what you are looking for and where your strength and weaknesses are.

WHAT IF I MISS A SESSION?
We strongly emphasize accountability. Your participation will be expected and monitored, which means if you don’t have a valid excuse when you miss a session we will take a session from you as that time could have been spent training another client.
Refund policy
There is absolutely No Refunds! or Transfers of personal training sessions. All sales made are final.
Cancellation Policy
You must cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to the session. We do not offer products to be returned by mail.
